Purchasing Conditions

Payment and delivery

You pay for your order with a credit card (Swedish customers can also use Klarna) and we ship all packages with Schenker within Sweden, and with UPS to the rest of the world. Schenker will deliver to your local delivery point, UPS delivers to your door. UPS do not deliver to box addresses.

All prices shown on the website in SEK are inclusive of Swedish VAT. (20% of the price shown, corresponding to tax  rate of 25%)

For shipments outside EU, please note that the prices in $ mentioned on the website are excluding  Swedish VAT and that the shipping rate are NOT inclusive of any  customs, import duties or taxes  that could be levid when the package reaches your destination country. If you for any reason want to return  the goods Swedish Hasbeens can not  give a refund of any customs, import duties or taxes paid outside of EU.

Shipping cost is included in the price within Sweden. For delivery to EU, Norway and Switzerland there will be an extra cost of 250 SEK and to all other countries the cost will be an extra cost of 375 SEK. All shipping costs are including VAT.

Your order will be delivered to the address you supply. We send with Schenker within Sweden and with UPS to the rest of the world.  We send you the tracking number for both Schenker and UPS when we have sent you your package. If you fill out your mobile number you will receive a SMS-notification (this only applies to Swedish customers).
You can track your order on www.ups.com or www.privpak.se (Schenker).

Normal delivery time is 3-5 business days (depends on country). Because of customs USA, Norway and Russia have longer delivery time. During the sale, delivery time may be longer.  For immediate cancellations please call +468 7228101, for all other questions please email: info@swedishhasbeens.com.

Swedish Hasbeens offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch. Should it happen that our stock list is out of date, we will ask you by e-mail to decide  whether you will wait for the product  to arrive in stock, change, or cancel your order.

Miscellaneous
All merchandise remains the property of Swedish Hasbeens until full payment is received.

All attemps of fraud will be reported to the police. Swedish Hasbeens have the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.

Do not send any pre-payments. We are not responsible for any cash, checks or stamps that are sent via mail. We only accept VISA or Master Card or pre-payment direct to our bank

Swedish Hasbeens reserve the right of errors caused by type faults or unintentional errors in the product information on our web pages. We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colors with 100% accuracy.

All prices are listed in Swedish kronor SEK and all prices include VAT (25%).
The price listed on the Swedish Hasbeens website at the purchase time is the price applicable. Price increases and changes in the range can happen without warning.

Declined items
We will charge 250 SEK (approximately €25) if you at delivery refuse to sign for the ordered package or if it's not picked up at the pick-up point.

Damage during transport
All packages we ship are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us at +46-8-722 81 01 or info@swedishhasbeens.com

Return policy
You may return an item and get a full refund (for the cost of the shoes, not the shipment), or exchange the item, within 14 days from delivery. Please note that the item must be in the same condition when returning it, as it was when you received it.
During sale periods and special offer we don't  offer open purchase just the right to exchange product.

International returns
In case of returning or exchanging an item you will have to pay for the shipping costs back to us. If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by Swedish Hasbeens, we will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it. If you for any reason want to return  the goods Swedish Hasbeens can not  give a refund of any customs, import duties or taxes paid outside of EU.

National returns
Free shipping on exchange of goods. For returns 50 SEK is charged and deducted from repayment.
In case of returning or exchanging an item you will have to pay for the shipping costs back to us.
If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by Swedish Hasbeens, we will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it.

How to return or exchange items

If you want to return an item.
1. Fill in the return form (Download English version, Download Swedish version)
2. Send the item back together with the return form to us. You will have to pay shipping costs. The address is:

3. When we have received the item an approved the return, we will credit your account you assigned in the return form.

If you want to exchange an item.
1. Always contact custom service on info@swedishhasbeens.com if you want to exchange an item.

2. Send the item back to us, together with the return form. You will have to pay shipping costs. The address is:

3. When we have received the item an approved the return, we will send you the new item.  If the new item is at lower cost, we will credit the difference to your account you assigned in the return form.

Processing of returns of faulty goods.
1. Call customer service at +46-8-722 81 01 or email to info@swedishhasbeens.com as soon as you discover the defect.

2. After you have contacted Customer Service, please fill in the return form that you find here.

3. Ship the faulty item back to us together with the return form. Also include a receipt of the shipment cost so we can reimburse you for that as well. The address is:

4. When we receive the item and approved the return/defect, we will credit the account you appointed in the return form.

In a case of exchange or return you will responsible for the item during transport/shipping.

Security
Secure pages
All web pages where you as a customer leave personal information in conjunction with a transaction are what is called secure pages (encrypted transfer of information). Swedish Hasbeens is using certificates issued by Verisign. The certificate guarantees that you are communicating with our web site, swedishhasbeens.com, and that the transfer of information is encrypted. Most web browsers use symbols to show that you are visiting a non-secure/secure web page. These symbols are visible in the lower left or right corner of the screen.

Personal details
According to law, we must ask you to agree to that we handle your personal details. All details that you leave with us, or which we are given when you register for a purchase or visit our homepage, will be handled by Swedish Hasbeens.

The information given will only be used by Swedish Hasbeens in order to fulfill our undertakings and informing you of offers that will appeal to you, at the time of purchase. Swedish Hasbeens will use this information internally for marketing purposes but will not let a third party use your personal details for marketing without your consent.

You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the files be corrected or deleted.

Force majeure
If Swedish Hasbeens fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then Swedish Hasbeens can not be held responsible.
