Purchasing Conditions

Payment and delivery

You pay for your order with a credit card and we ship all packages with The Swedish Post ( distributed weekdays under postal own terms) or with UPS (large items as bags). Swedish custumers can also pre-pay to our bankgiro. If you want to use this service please contact us at order@swedishhasbeens.com

All prices shown on the website in SEK are inclusive of Swedish VAT. (20% of the price shown, corresponding to tax  rate of 25%)

For shipments outside EU, please note that the prices in $ mentioned on the website are excluding  swedish VAT and that the shipping rate are NOT inclusive of any  customs, import duties or taxes  that could be levid when the package reaches your destination country. If you for any reason want to return  the goods Swedish Hasbeens can not  give a refound of any customs, import duties or taxes paid outside of EU.

Shipping cost is included in the price within Sweden. For delivery to EU, Norway and Switzerland there will be an extra cost of 250 SEK and to all other countries the cost will be an extra cost of 375 SEK. All shipping costs are including VAT.

Your order will be delivered to the adress you supply. We send with Postal Service within Sweden and with UPS to the rest of the world.  We send you the trackingnumber for UPS when we have sent you your package.

Normal delivery time is 3-5 business days (depends on country). Because of custums USA, Norway and Russia have longer delivery time.

Swedish Hasbeens offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch. Should it happen that our stock list is out of date, we will ask you by e-mail to decide  whether  you will wait for the product  to arrive in stock, change, or cancel your order.

Miscellaneous
All merchandise remains the property of Swedish Hasbeens until full payment is received.

All attemps of fraud will be reported to the police. Swedish Hasbeens have the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.

Do not send any pre-payments. We are not responsible for any cash, checks or stamps that are sent via mail. We only accept VISA or Master Card or pre-payment direct to our bank

Swedish Hasbeens reserve the right of errors caused by type faults or unintentional errors in the product information on our web pages. We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colors with 100% accuracy.

All prices are listed in Swedish crones and all prices include VAT (25%).
The price listed on the Swedish Hasbeens website at the purchase time is the price applicable. Price increases and changes in the range can happen without warning.

Declined items
We will charge €15 if you at delivery refuse to sign for the ordered package or if it's not picked up at the pick-up point.

Damage during transport
All packages we ship are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us at +46-8-722 81 01 or order@swedishhasbeens.com

Return policy
You may return an item and get a full refund, or exchange the item, within 14 days from delivery. Please note that the item must be in the same condition when returning it, as it was when you received it.
During sale periods we don´t  offer open purchase just the right do exchange product.

In case of returning or exchanging items you will have to pay for all shipping costs. If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by Swedish Hasbeens, we will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it. If you for any reason want to return  the goods Swedish Hasbeens can not  give a refound of any customs, import duties or taxes paid outside of EU.

How to return or exchange items

If you want to return an item.
1. Fill in the return form (Download English version, Download Swedish version)
2. Send the item back together with the return form to us. You will have to pay shipping costs. The address is:

3. When we have received the item an approved the return, we will credit your account you assigned in the return form.

If you want to exchange an item.
1. Always contact custom service on order@swedishhasbeens.com if you want to exchange an item, to make sure the new item is reserved for you. If you don't, you risk that the item you want is out of stock before we can register the exchange.

3. Send the item back to us, together with the return form. You will have to pay shipping costs. The address is:

4. When we have received the item an approved the return, we will send you the new item. If the new item is at higher cost you will have to pay the difference cash on delivery (or with creditcard). If the new item is at lower cost, we will credit the difference to your account you assigned in the return form.

Processing of returns of faulty goods.
In case of disputes, Swedish law is applicable. See further at www.konsumentverket.se

1. Call customer service at +46-8-722 81 01 or email to order@swedishhasbeens.com as soon as you discover the defect.

2. After you have contacted Customer Service, please fill in the return form that you find here.

3. Ship the faulty item back to us together with the return form. Also include a receipt of the shipment cost so we can reimburse you for that as well. The address is:

4. When we receive the item and approved the return/defect, we will credit the account you appointed in the return form.

In a case of exchange or return you will responsible for the item during transport/shipping.

Security
Secure pages
All web pages where you as a customer leave personal information in conjunction with a transaction are what is called secure pages (encrypted transfer of information). According to law, we must ask you to agree to that we handle your personal details. All details that you leave with us, or which we are given when you register for a purchase or visit our homepage, will be handled by Swedish Hasbeens.

The information given will only be used by Swedish hasbeens in order to fulfill our undertakings and informing you of offers that will appeal to you, at the time of purchase. Swedish hasbeens will use this information internally for marketing purposes but will not let a third party use your personal details for marketing without your consent.

You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the files be corrected or deleted.

Force majeure
If Swedish Hasbeens fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then Swedish Hasbeens can not be held responsible.
